Thank you for choosing to step into our creative world. To maintain an intimate, unhurried environment, our physical design house operates strictly by private, 1-on-1 appointment. During your 60-minute private viewing, you will have exclusive access to our current movements, timeless capsule lifewear, and artisan vessel bags, guided personally by our lead artist and designer, Hadassah Lau.

To honour the slow craftsmanship of our studio and ensure dedicated time for every guest, a $100 Atelier deposit is required to secure your slot. This deposit is entirely redeemable against any purchase made during your appointment.

Atelier Commitment Policy:

• Your $100 booking deposit is strictly non-refundable but will be credited fully toward any physical purchase made during your scheduled 1-hour session.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in the immediate forfeiture of the studio deposit to compensate for our team's setup and reserved time.
