Return and Refund Policy
Any product issue must be brought to our attention within 5 working days of receipt of items purchased from our physical and online store.
All returns and exchanges (where applicable) must be effected within 30 days of receipt of items purchased from our physical and online store.
Apparel
All pieces purchased from us are non-refundable unless the design specifications substantially differ from what was represented on our site OR the piece is defective, such as torn or broken.
Whilst we check every piece before delivery, should the item be defective, a full refund will be processed with a return of the item, provided that the item has not been washed, worn or in any way damaged. All labels and tags must still be attached upon return. We will not be able to accept returns and process a refund if the item has already been washed, worn or in any way damaged, or if the tags have already been removed.
Art pieces and Jewellery
Vintage pieces used in our art pieces and wired art jewellery come as is. Therefore, vintage pieces used in art and wired art jewellery are represented in respective product photos, and we will not process refunds for items containing vintage pieces.
For items with handmade elements, such as hand-cut brass or hand-wired jewellery, please also understand that while these items are made with loving care, they are not always machine perfect. Refunds will not be processed for these items.
If an exception is made for exchange or returns for Apparel products:
If you require an exchange for a different size, exchange of sizes can be done. This is subject to stock availability, provided that the received item is still in good condition with all tags intact, and has not been washed, worn or in any way damaged, subject to the following arrangements and charges:
Option 1 - A two-way exchange can be arranged by us at a charge of $20.
Option 2 - You can arrange to return the piece to the Hadasity at Tanglin Mall at your own cost, and we will arrange the mail-out for your requested size at a charge of $10 after receiving the return piece.
Option 3 - You can make an appointment to visit Hadasity at Tanglin Mall for the exchange.
If there is no availability of size for an exchange, we can arrange a return at a charge of $10. After we have received the return item in good condition, we can process a refund of either (i) store credit amounting to the item’s retail selling price, or (ii) cash via bank transfer amounting to the item’s retail selling price less $20.
If there are any issues due to shipping:
We have done our best to only use tried and tested delivery providers. Nevertheless there are occasional delays in shipping which are beyond what we can control. Shipping status can be checked with the tracking number provided to you.
